Matariki breakfast

On the 3 of June was Matariki breakfast. Matariki is all about seven stars that each year have their turn to shine. At the breakfast I had bacon, toast and scrambled eggs. I also had a milo! It was good.         By Jade

We are deciding whether or not facebook is safe.
                                                          
Good things.                                                                                                                                                                                                    
You can chat.                                                
You can play games.                 
You can load pictures and videos.  lose in games.
You can talk to people far away   
You can put smiley faces.
You can poke people.
You can throw food at people.

Bad things.
 people can pretened to be your friend.
They can say bad words.  
They can hack in to your computer.
lose in games.
people can see what you post.

Over all
Facebook is an Awesome place
to be. Remember to lock the settings of what you want to  hide.

Cyber Saftey

 Don't go on websites you don't know.If somthing goes wrong show an adult and then exit out of it.
Respect intellectual property.
Protect yourself and others.
Click on hector to hide bad things and then show a teacher.
So remember be SAFE!
I understand that I must not at time use the internet,email,mobil phone or any ICT equpment to be mean,rude,offensive, or to bully,harass, or in any way harm anyone else or the school itself, even if it's meant as a joke.I must have a letter from home and permission from school before I bring any ICT equipment\device from home.
Don't go on websites you're not allowed to have a go on especially facebook 'twiter'youtube'and adult websites with out teachers permision.
You need a adult aound  to know what to do if you get stuck on  websites that you  get mean  message that you do not like.So know you know what to do to keep safe.

Argument about Facebook!!!!

We think that Facebook is good because you can catch up with friends and family .Also you can play really fun games like ZOMBE LANE and CAT and DOG plus FARM VILLE.But we think it s not so good because people under 13 that go on can get hurt inside from online bulling that can turn into off line bulling.
We think it is not good to be on facebook lots of people get hurt.
